LIMITED WARRANTY ON MCLAREN GOLF CLUB HEADS
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY CAN ALSO BE FOUND ONLINE AT WWW.MCLARENGOLF.COM/WARRANTY OR IN THE DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT.
WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME STATES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND AS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.
Who may use the limited warranty?
McLaren Golf LLC (“we,” “our” or “us”) extend this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased our Product in a new and unused condition from our website or from any of our authorized dealers (“you”). This Limited Warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of our Product.
What does the limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of McLaren-branded golf club heads (the “Product”) for the Warranty Period as defined below.
What does the limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the Product due to: (a) abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, improper testing, improper installation, improper storage, improper handling, abnormal physical stress, abnormal environmental conditions, or use contrary to any instructions issued by us; (b) unauthorized reconstruction, repair, or alteration; or (c) incorporation with or into any unauthorized third party good.
This limited warranty does not cover any goods manufactured by a third party (such as shafts, grips, or adapter tips), even if such third party goods are contained in or incorporated into finished goods that also contain or incorporate our Product or are otherwise attached to or packaged together with our Product.
WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE?
The Limited Warranty starts on the date of you purchase and lasts for two (2) years (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repairs or replace our Product.
WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY?
With respect to any defective Product during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either (a) repair or replace such Product (or the defective part) free of charge or (b) credit or refund the purchase price of such Product (exclusive of any taxes, fees, levies, tariffs, or similar charges). In the event that we elect to repair or replace the defective Product (or the defective part), we will pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement Product to you or the authorized dealer from whom you purchased the Product. We may replace such defective Product (or the defective part) with a new or refurbished Product (or part).
How do you obtain Warranty Service?
To obtain warranty service, you must call [+1 800 731-9572] or email our Warranty Department at [info@mclarengolf.com] during the Warranty Period to obtain a Defective Merchandise Authorization (“DMA”) number. No warranty service will be provided without a DMA number. After you are issued a DMA number, you must ship the defective Product to us (at your own cost and risk of loss) at the following address:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
