A new process for the Tour blade.

At address, Series1 is everything you expect from a traditional muscle-back: clean lines, compact shaping and Tour inspiration. But beneath the surface, it’s something entirely different.

Through McLaren’s Metal Injection Molding – an advanced process that allows proprietary metal blends to be precisely formed – it becomes a comprehensive design with precise internal weighting, strong structural geometry and advanced material composition.

The honeycomb design, also utilized in McLaren supercars, maintains rigidity and face strength while removing mass from non-critical areas.

That saved weight is redistributed to fine-tune CG placement and increase perimeter stability as well as MOI, delivering added forgiveness while preserving a compact, Tour-trusted profile.

Progressive Calibration System

Every iron, individually optimized.

Through Metal Injection Molding and an internal tungsten weighting system, CG is precisely controlled along the vertical and horizontal axes. Allowing each clubhead to be uniquely calibrated based on loft, mass and performance objectives.

No two irons are identical, because no two irons serve the same purpose. Yet together, they function as a complete system – delivering seamless progression, consistent distance gapping and controlled launch and spin throughout the set.
